Angie helped us buy our first home earlier this year. We could not have picked a better partner in our search! Like most first-time home buyers in the Bay Area, we were very intimidated by the process. We came to Angie with vague ideas and a lot of questions, and she helped us sort through them all. She paired us a with a great mortgage broker to understand the financial side, and helped us narrow our search from '3BR in the East Bay' to a Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill. Angie accompanied us on several visits to houses, pointing out details about the house and neighborhood that we would not otherwise have picked up on.

It was a pleasure working with Angie Traxinger on the sale of our house. Angie was extremely responsive in her communications with us including proactively checking in with us to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. Angie understands the market very well in our section of Contra Costa County and gave us excellent advice on how best to prepare our house for the sale. She provided us with solid recommendations for painters, a handyman and a stager for work we needed to address before putting the house up for sale. Angie also did a great job of marketing to help sell the property. She brought her sound negotiating skills into play while working on the (multiple) offers and moving the sale to closing.

If I could give Angie 10 stars, I would! She’s the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. I called her on a Saturday, and despite being sick, she met me at the listing in 20 minutes. She was straightforward, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Though we didn’t buy that home, we reached out again months later, and she nailed our search—finding us the perfect home on the first day! She negotiated a great deal below asking (rare in Walnut Creek) and stayed in constant contact through closing. She even went to bat for us on inspection repairs, getting us all the money back. Angie exceeded every expectation, even helping us find services after closing. We plan to stay friends and would love to work with her again!

I don't have enough room or time to list all the wonderful things about Angie! She is a fabulous real estate agent and helped the process of selling our home go smoothly from day one until we sold. From the day we contacted her she gave us a checklist of things we should work on, a timeline of what to expect, as well as ideas and suggestions that were incredibly helpful. We always knew we would approach Angie when we were ready to sell our home in Lafayette. She was a stellar teacher for our son when he was in second grade and when we heard she had moved on to real estate, we didn’t feel the need to even speak with anyone else when the time came. As it turned out, we were already living elsewhere when we were ready to sell so Angie had to jump in and prepare the home in which we had been living, raising 2 boys and a 120 pound dog, for 25 years, remotely on our behalf. She exceeded all expectations, gently steering us towards good decisions while respecting our desires and concerns.
